About
HackTrak was founded on one mission. To protect crypto users from modern digital threats.
As crypto adoption accelerates, so do the risks. Billions have been lost to scams, SIM swaps, contract drainers, and social engineering. But while the threats have evolved, the tools to fight back haven’t—until now.
HackTrak was created by cybersecurity experts, blockchain analysts, and fintech operators who saw the need for real-time, user-first protection. We believe everyone—from first-time wallet holders to institutional custodians—deserves to feel safe in Web3.
We’re not an exchange. We don’t custody funds. We’re not here to hold your keys. HackTrak is software—built for privacy, built for security, and built for you.
How It Started
On September 26, 2024, one of our founders experienced a devastating breach—his cryptocurrency wallet, containing a substantial sum, was hacked and all funds were stolen. No alerts were triggered. No signs were given. It took six full days before he realized what had happened.
Upon discovering the breach, he sprang into action: tracing transactions, gathering forensic data, and alerting the proper authorities. Through deep connections across the government, crypto exchanges, and security firms, he was able to provide the FBI with the necessary intel to freeze the stolen assets—a process that typically takes months, if it happens at all.
This experience made one thing crystal clear: crypto investors need a better way to stay informed, act fast, and protect what they’ve earned.
HackTrak was born out of that moment.
Our Vision: To make crypto as secure, reliable, and resilient as traditional finance—without compromising its freedom.
“If I’d had HackTrak when I got hacked, I would have known within seconds—not six days. I could’ve acted immediately. That’s the protection every crypto user deserves.”
